All content, design, and functionality of the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Developer Access

The developer does not have access to, and cannot view, any information related to your clients, projects, financial data, invoices, quotations, or any other business content entered into the App. All such data is stored exclusively on our servers and remains fully under your control.

8. Payment Terms and Service Continuity

Use of the App is contingent upon timely payment of all applicable fees. In the event that payment is not received within twenty (20) days of the due date, access to the App will be restricted. If payment remains outstanding for thirty (30) days or more, the instance will be automatically shut down. Following shutdown, your data will be retained in a secure manner for a period of up to one (1) year. After one year, all associated data will be permanently destroyed. Notifications regarding payment status and impending actions will be sent to the registered email address at regular intervals to ensure you remain informed.

9. Data Backup & Preservation

You are responsible for ensuring the safety and preservation of your data. The App provides automatic backup functionality; however, you must regularly download and store backup files in a separate, secure location. The developer is not responsible for any data loss resulting from failure to maintain adequate backups. You agree to:

• Keep automatic backups enabled and properly configured
• Periodically download backup files and store them offline or in a separate location
• Verify that backups are complete and functional

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

5. Telemetry & Diagnostic Data

The App may share basic telemetry data with the developer for monitoring and maintenance purposes. This data is strictly limited to:

• Instance health status (online/offline)
• Company name and instance identifier
• Storage usage (total size used, not file contents)
• Aggregate usage counts (number of users, clients, employees, and quotations)

No client details, project content, financial figures, personal data, file contents, or any other sensitive information is included in telemetry data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. In the event of payment default, your data will be retained for a period of up to one (1) year following service shutdown, after which it will be permanently destroyed. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting the administrator.

7. Data Backup

The App provides automatic backups to help preserve your database. It is your responsibility to regularly download these backup files and store them in a secure, separate location to ensure data safety. The developer is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, server issues, or failure to maintain backups.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

The App may use cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. These are essential for the App to function properly.
